Kidney Problems

Hello, recently I had high blood pressure which made me visit the docs clinic...I was asked to get few test done like ECG it was normal, sonography it was normal, x ray again normal, urinalysis normal and KFT everything seemed normal except for sodium and potassium... sodium was low and potassium was high...I'm attaching the reports kindly help me... My doctor advised me bp medicine stamlo 2.5 and no other medicine...told me I dnt need any medicine for potassium and sodium...I'm taking b complex and vit d3 supplements

15-20 RBC/hpf , no pus cells, LFT,KFT reports normal. Ultrasound full abdomen is also normal. What could the reason for this?? What to do next??

I am having burning sensation after urination . Also i am feeling lower abdomen pain, fatigue and headache. I did sonography and no kidney stones were detected and also urine and culture sensitivity test shows no growth . What can be the reason ?

Hello Doctor, My father aged 70 had long penile and short bulbar utheral strictures and had chronicle UTI. Last month he underwent Urethrotomy and he's looking better now. I heard reoccurence chances are so high for long strictures, could you kindly advice what precautions we can take to prevent reoccurrence. After toilet i cant control my urin .from last few days some urin is is leaking after toilet ..suggest me something please.
