I am suffering from frequent urination and urge to urinate from 6 months I am using darifenacin 7.5. My symptoms controlled partially Can this problem be cured

My age was 24 now... Did i have a sugar ? But after getting symptoms of UTI i take an antibiotic...iam attaching the reports...

In my father's recent blood report Creatinine is 1.3 and therefore on the basis of that calculation eGFR is 58 which indicates mild to moderate reduction in kidney function. As such he has no symptoms. He does not have blood sugar or blood pressure. Doctor has suggested to take Tab Nefrosave 1/2 tablet daily after breakfast. Is this medicine safe? Can this be taken?
