Fever after PCNL surgery of kidney stone
I go through PCNL surgery of kidney stones of 21x16 mm and also 3 and 4 mm stone yesterday. Currently I am admitted in hospital and since afternoon I developed twice episodes of fever. Is it normal after surgery or should I be concern for this ? Is it some kind of sepsis which needs urgency ?

Post surgery fever is normal until it’s high grade or reports are abnormal.
