Kidney Problems

My mother in law traveled for 2 hours via bike and in evening she is going through the pain in passing stool and urine. What may be the issue. Is it due to cold ? What should we do? She is little okay after 2 days but is there any thing to worry about?

I had much pain with nausea and vomiting in Sep 2020, done USG, result 5.7mm stone in right kidney & mild hydroneprosis. Done IVP, result - mild hydroneprosis in right kidney  Done CBC - Normal Creatinine - 0.80 then 0.78 Urine Culture - Negative, No bacteria Kidney Function - Normal Liver Function - Normal  No blood in urine, urine flow normal,  Just a mild pain or heaviness like feeling in the right flank, all day from last 3 weeks Taking urimax 0.4/Dynapress 0.4 from last 2 weeks Potrate MB6 syrup Consulted 5 urologists, 4 suggested RIRS/Flexible Ureteroscopy 1 suggested to wait for 1 month I am really worried whether this stone or calculi will damage my kidney if left untreated.
