Weak urine stream and kidney stone
I have gone through ct scan . It shows 21x16 mm kidney stone along with 3 mm and 4mm stone on left kidney. Also on urine flow test avg urine flow is 4.55 ml/sec. Doctor gave me nu bph medicine for flow and adviced to chose either laser or pcnl for removal of stone. I am now worried and can't decide what to do next ? Also worry about urine flow and also observed dribbling of urine stream. I don't remember from when I am having weak urine stream .

Stone surgery can be postponed for sometime but issue is ur weak stream. U should undergo uro flowmetry and USG for PVR to rule out the cause of weak stream. At ur age BPH is not the cause. Stricture urethra may be the possibility.
