I have ecoli bacteria in urine culture report Burning in urination N frequent urination Abdominal pain

I have slight pain in the inguinal fold since a month now and the pain goes and comes back what can be the reason behind it ?

I am having left side pain in the middle of the back. And some times I will be getting huge back pain. What are the reasons for this and may I no how can I avoid it? Or its related to kidney issue. Kindly help me.out

My father K Dasharath aged 51 years recently diagnosed with AKI (serum creatinine was around 4.2mg/dl to 6.2mg/dl).Two sessions of dialysis done this month. Due to raising creatinine levels to 8.4mg/dl. Hence planned for Renal biopsy was done on 08-01-2020. Report enclosed.

Sir , last 6 month before I had urine infection . Then I take treatment. CT scan shows prostate size 53 mm . Doctor told me opration but I told him give me medicine. Dr give me urimax D . I take it. And do yoga, asan, meditation. After 5 months CT scan shows prostate size 27 mm. Sir I request you can I stop medicine. I take bp medicine also. Urine flow is normal. Not any problems.
