Kidney stone, renal calculi
Last day in the afternoon i passed stone in the urine, i had severe pain since morning last day but i passed the stone.
The stone is black in color, what foods should i avoid now and for how long.
I was diagnosed with renal calculi on 21st feb 3mm-4mm multiple stones
