My kidney biopsy was executed yesterday at around 1pm.After biopsy as I've urinated blood for the first time only and after that there's no blood in my urin, I'm staying in bed rest.What kind of diet should I follow? I'm also diagnosed with SLE.Can I take a journey today?How long have I to be in bed rest?
