Often Vomiting and Medicine replacement
I need an consultation with Dr. Samuel Raju Palli, AIG,Hyderabad. My father is a patient of Dr. Palli. From last two days he is suffering on High BP, Blood Sugar and Vomiting randomly. Instead of that a prescribed medicine by Dr. Palli "PB Genix Capsule" is not available in my state West Bengal. So if possible kindly suggest me a absolute replacement of that particular medicine as soon as possible.

But more importantly He needs medication Titration for BP, sugar and vomiting.
