Urine Problem
I have back pain, side pain.I have done ultrasound exam for abdomen and pelvis, two times it was done with full bladder and empty bladder but after peeing the bladder still had post void residual urine of 178 ml. what should be done for this please tell me treatment

Any previous intervention or urinary catheterization ( pipe in urine passage) ?
