Recently done tPSA test as part of health check up for my father. Result came back as 80.86 ng/ ml. Which is very high, would like to understand what should be next course of action.

If ur father is healthy apart from this raised S. PSA. He Has to go for MRI and bone scan along with biopsy of prostate
