Is operation mandatory if the stone is 2 cm in both the kidney or home remedies are enough. If it's mandatory what's the cost?

Over a period 9 years, it is observed that platelets begin to diminish without any specific reasons. She feels very weak and severe body pain in this condition. Wanted to consult some haemotologist but not available on practo. Kindly give some suitable advice

I feel as if I always wanna go for urination, happened some time ago that I felt a burning sensation while urination and post that I feel I wanna go for urination frequently and that feeling or urge for urination is always there

Dr. Few months ago I was suffering from Liver abscess problem and a minor stone in left kidney... But now both reports are clears i have no abscess and stone in my body.. But after some days I feel pain in piss tube and day by day it hurt to much... Burning every time I can't sleep properly and can't do anything.. Urgency problem is also start...kindely  suggest me something better for me

Hi Doctor.. On 1st janauray2021 i feel pain during urinating and  lastly 2/3 bloods drop I have noticed... Today I have done my URINE Routine test...and everything is normal in test... Only PUS CELLS 3-4WBC/HPF is it sign of infection... Thank you Happy new year🎉

Hello Doctor, this question is regarding on my father drinking habits. My father is drinking since 27 years. He is drinking 180 ml of whiskey without water. I am tired to tell my father how whiskey is dangerous to health and he is not listening. Taking 180 ml of whiskey daily is dangerous to health? Please advice. Thanks
