Epithelial cells in Urine
My wife urine test shows epithelial cells 6.40/hpf pus cells negative and having fever also.
What to do further . Please suggest .

Usually less chance of Uti if pus cell negative. Can do urine culture for confirmation. Have to look for other cause of fever.

Epithelial cells, nothing to worry. Can do urine culture I’d burning while urination is there. Also look for other reasons of fever as well.
