Albumin + + in urine
Hi , My father has albumin + + in urine and pus cells 1-2 /hpf , RBC nil and epithelial cells a few . He is currently taking following medicines - Dabiclot , TVS 20 , Vidaglo M , Gepride 2 , Rx plus Is it possible that the albumin in urine increased due to side effects of current medicine ? How much should I be concerned ? Other blood parameters cbc are normal and ESR is 28

He is diabetic. He needs evaluation by nephrologist to know is it because of diabetes or some non-diabetic kidney disease. This is very unlikely to be due to medicines as frequently thought.
