My mother suffered with burning urinatio
My mother suffered with burning urination and lower abdomen pain on and off since 5 months,and CT scan was done,in CT shows enhancing solid lesion in the left kidney -moderate complexity nephrometry score 9, complex left renal cyst in inter polar region-bosinak 2, please advise required treatment

For enhancing solid lesion you need to get her operated as most solid enhancing renal lesions are malignancy until proven otherwise. Surgery partial or complete Nephrectomy will depend on the CT image findings, age, her general health condition and other parameters.
