Stabbing pain and nausea
Sometimes while eating I get a sharp stabbing pain where my kidneys are located and it also makes me nauseous. I'm worried why it happens.

You need to do USG whole abdomen to look fo renal stone/gall stone. This might be due to gastritis as well. Review with USG report as per results with concerned doctor.
