My father's serum creatinine is 1.3, Uric Acid 7.4 and egfr is 58 which is indicative of CKD. Is there any medicine to stop it's progression? How to lower creatinine levels?

Yes there are Medicines which can slow the progress of CKD. Besides this if the patient Is suffering from hypertension or diabetes then a better control can slow the progress.
