Kidney Problems

I am having a doubt about my kidney functioning but my area dont have nephrologists they have only urologist so should i go to urologist will he be able to diagnose if i have kidney disease or not?

My father is 79 years old. He has been having a burning feeling in his lower abdomen for the last 4 days. His urine flow is normal. A few days ago, he was admitted to the hospital for an angiography test and had a catheter for 5 days. We have been giving him Citralka syrup and Ciprofloxacin 500 for the last 3 days, but there is no relief. He is currently taking the following medicines: Bisoprol fumarate 2.5 mg Dytor 10 mg (twice daily) Rapilif D 8 mg Rosagold 10 mg Syndopa Plus Evion 400 Lonazep 0.5 mg Attached are the following: 1) Urine routine and culture report 2) USG Whole abdomen done on 12th Feb 2026.

How much time it takes erticle dysfunction reverse and will it get completely recovered especially physchomic ed and other as well

I have been facing Frequent urination sensation since a month. Have done all test urodynamics, urine culture, routine, CT-KUB, all results were normal. No abnormality found. Seeing last resort doctr gave me Gabapentin. It helped me for 4-5 days feeling better. and then issue rose again. What is probable diagnosis of the issue... I am clueless. Also should i show it to a neurologist???

Yearly blood investigations was done there in toxic elements panel manganese  Cobalt strontium has shown higher values in females but in the male report it as shown within the normal range Mother aunt //60+ sister //42 Myself//36 For example in my mothers report manganese is shown 150 whereas cut off range is 20 similarly aunts sisters also shown higher ranges of manganese cobalts strontium...
