Kidney Problems

My wife has been suffering from recurring urine infection/UTI symptoms for almost one year. We have done multiple urine tests several times, but most of the reports come normal. Despite this, the problem keeps returning every 5–6 days. We have consulted many urologists and gynecologists. Whenever she takes medicines, she feels fine for some time, but after a few days the same symptoms come back again. We have also avoided physical contact for a long period, but the issue still continues. We are very worried and would like proper guidance regarding the root cause, further tests, or long-term treatment options for this recurring problem.

As i know  the drug tadafil or sildenafil blocks the  PDE5 which  prevents the breakdown of (cGMP) to maintain erection. but i have a doubt that Does the said drug inhibit PDE5 completely or partially when it is taken?

Mujhe penis ke upper part / skin area me kuch issues feel ho rahe hain. Kabhi burning sensation hoti hai aur upper skin thodi loose/dhili si lag rahi hai. Yeah 3 to 4 days s ho rha hai. Please guide karein ki ye kis reason se ho sakta hai aur kya ye normal hai ya kisi infection/allergy ka sign ho sakta hai?

Suddenly penile glans area found sore,,, slight redness Foreskin with minor cuts,painful to pullback for cleaning No sexual encounters outside marriage ever ,,,and with wife not at all in last 1 year . No diabetic history,however checked random reading 188 . Applying candid B cream in affected area twice a day. Please advice further

My ultra sound shows mild enlarged prostate, 29.4 Cc in Volume. Urine retension is 11cc (Post Void) after ultrasound. PSA 0.48 is it ok, if not what treatment options are there

Hi Dr, My Age is 37, weight 98, software engineer with less than 6hr of excersie per week I am I was prescribed Addyzoa 2-0-2 and CoQ Forte 1-0-1 since March, but I have not been taking them regularly. For CoQ Forte, I initially took 1-0-1 for 4–5 days, then changed it to 0-0-1, sometimes 0-1-0, and overall took it randomly. For Addyzoa, I took 2-0-2 for the first 4–5 days, then stopped for almost a month. After that, I restarted with 2-0-0 for 3–4 days and again stopped. I repeated my semen analysis two weeks ago, and I have attached the report. I have two questions: 1. Why are the semen parameters still not improving even though I was taking these medicines at least intermittently? 2. I am planning to switch from CoQ Forte to Popson tablet. Is that advisable in my case? 3. Do i need to URGENT do scrotal doppler for vericoces issue?? 4: i have mostly had proper erection and intercourse in alast 2 week with help of tadafil 0.5mg. There were no pain in scrotal.

Hello Doctor, I have a tight foreskin with a very small opening and it does not retract properly. I also experience ballooning/swelling of the foreskin during urination, where urine collects briefly before passing out. There is no pain, infection, burning, discharge, or difficulty in urination. This has been present for a long time. I would like to first try safe home treatment if possible, like stretching or any recommended method, before considering any procedure. Could you please tell me if this is likely phimosis and whether home treatment is enough in my case? Also please guide me on the correct and safe way to manage it at home, what precautions I should follow, and if any medicine or cream (like steroid cream) is needed, please suggest the appropriate one and how to use it safely.

I had a UTI in nov 2024, i treated it with antibiotic, again i had a uti symptom in jan 2025 i checked it with a doctor, they found no bacterial growth and they prescribed with urikind and my symptoms stopped. i had same symptom in may 2025, they again checked for bacterial growth and they found none and asked me to consult a urologist. afterwards i got pregnant and those problem completely stopped , during third month of pospartum , the same symptom came back. what it will be??
