Hello doctor. I am having burning during urination (burning micturition) from many yrs and also a small kidney stone. I also have mild glandular/coronal hypospadias and mild phimosis no other synptoms are present. What should I do for this? Do you think I should go for surgery??

Hello Doctor, From the last one month, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: • Earlier, ejaculation was normal with good force and good volume. Now the semen volume has reduced and it comes out very slowly with very little force, despite strong pressure in the groin and pelvic region. • I now feel pain during erection and during ejaculation, which never happened before. • Every second or third morning, I notice a sticky/watery fluid coming out of the urethra when I wake up. For the rest of the day there is no discharge. Could you please advise? Thank you.

Originally my penis got. erected and went for sexual intercourse.. During. the process I ejaculated semen 2 times and within.a few seconds my penis penetrated vagina. There were no thrusting movements further since I lost erection inside vagina. Is it called sexual intercourse?

I had gone through zsr circumcision before one week but even after a week more than half of silicon ring is not visible means it's under the skin while I can see some ring above the skin M not able to retract the skin which is not showing skin that's attached to the penis i guess.
