Kidney Problems

Hi, I had a UTI 5 months back since then there is redness in urethra and pain too i have tested urine culture it was negative for anything and for siphliss too it was also negative , i have tried too many antibiotics like :- Azithromycin 1gm for 5 days, metrinazole for 3 days and Get ceftriaxone course 1 gm for 5 days but not much results i got I don't understand what is happened to me Pls guide me

I am not understanding what report says. Is it any critical or have any risk factor? Could you please help to understand this?

Can ultrasound detect prostate infection in young males , what are the tests for detecting prostatitis .

Good evening sir..my father is suffering from frequent urination and some burning feeling while urinating so we consulted Dr and He suggested some tests Haemograme,CUE,PSA,HBA1C, ultrasound scan pelvis and abdomen....all are good in ultrasound scan they found PVR 500ml...So Dr suggested again for CYSTOSCOPY test for next step and we have done today and suggested to go for TURP SURGERY ...Sir iam asking that is it correct time to go for Surgery ( TURP) ...or we have to wait for some more days with proper medicines... through only medicines is it curable ? Please 🙏 suggest me Sir
