My father age 59 did CT KUB scan.. Took urimax D tablet for 7 days once at night..does the tablet increase prostate cancer risk? He has enlarged prostate 80 cc and prostatitis. Any risk of cancer from the tablet and ct kub scan.

My father has enlarged prostrate and prostatitis infection. PSA 18.9. Does urimax D cause prostate cancer Is CT scan KUB radiation pose cancer risk in future?

My father is 58 years old. His PSA level is 18.9 -MRI report- Prostatomegaly -There is a small nodular area of T2 hypointensity with low ADC signal measuring 0.5x0.6 cm in the left lateral aspect of the central gland of prostate close to its base (adc value of 0.4 to 0.5x10-3mm2/sec which could represent inflammatory change like prostatitis or neoplasm (PIRADS3) -Urinary bladder show mild diffuse thickening. there is stranding of pelvic fat plane including the periprostatic and perivesical fat plans of concern for cystitis/Prostatitis. -The peripheral zone of the prostate gland is difusely iso to midly hypointense on T2W1. No focal lesions.No lymph nodes are noted.No focal lesions are seen in the pelvic bones.There is no evidence of large volume ascitis. DOES HE HAVE PROSTATE CANCER OR IS HE AT RISK OF DEVELOPING IT IN FUTURE. PLEASE REPLY. THANK YOU

Today morning I was having food poisoning the stool passing was wateyr and  was having frequent vomiting 7-8 number I went to the hospital doctor give glucoses and antibiotics  through thebottles  and one injection was also an attempt on my buttocks after I came back after 12 o'clock I'm still having some loose motions watery the urine coming up during the during now is somewhat  yellwish and red If  is blood is coming from my urine what test should do the pic of urine and the medicines which I got is attached Having quite a little pain while urinating the urine coming out is very less in quantity

Does CT scan of KUB (urogram) cause cancer in a 58 year old person? Patient has enlarged prostate and prostitis infection. Any risk of cancer in future from CT scan and prostatitis
