According to my recent ultrasound report , i have a post void residue of 42 ml , how do i make sure that i completely empty my bladder when i urinate ?

How much is your prevoid volume? That's also important. Just don't go by the value of 42 ml. This can be normal. Depends on your symptoms, prevoid volume.
