My father has problem of frequent urination which is improving with time. He is under medication of uritone, urimax. Kindly suggest he requires surgery or not.

I am suffering from right flank pain. Doctor advised me for USG which shows mild fatty liver and hydronephrosis with PUJ. Then doctor advised me for BUN and creatinine blood test which was normal and then he told me to go for CT scan. My CT scan report is attached herewith which shows malrotated kidney with PUJ right and renal concretions of 2mm. Please I need help for further treatment doctor told me that you need not do anything just take URI MAX .4mg Medicine it will heal automatically.
