Kidney Problems

I have urine infection problem in a day every 5 min I go to washroom and when I go to washroom der a liitle bit urine out only and every time I feel that urine out on that time

I feel a ticklish sensation in the uthera all the time which go aways only when I am peeing and after finishing peeing it starts again I tried to rub it and try to get myself pee but it never goes away I had a uti as well in the past which was painful but after medications it went away but this problem was before the uti story as well and now it started again

From 2-3 weeks my urine is cloudy and pale ...no problem or pain in passing urine. When I take excess water only then the pee is clear otherwise it's very pale. My underwear also gives a very strange and bad odour from last 2-3 months. No other medical problems. Not taking any medications too

I have done sonography on 15/10/2021. The diagnosis is as under Prostate gland enlarged in size and homogeneous echotexture. Size is 5.1 x 3.5 x 3.4 cm with volume of 32 cc. Mild thickening of Urinary bladder wall. Please suggest line of treatment/Medication

Hi, Found to be having 2MM calculi in right kidney from abdomen and pelvic ultra sound scan , visited doctor and completed the medisin course for the suggested period (10days veltom 0.4 and voveran SR 75 MG) After completing the suggested tablet course undergone Ultrasound scan for KUB and CT KUB, no evidence of calculi found but mild hydronephrosis on kidneys due to over distended blader, doctor suggested to continue to take the tablets for 10 more days ( hydride-25 mg,voveran SR 75 MG and veltam 0.4 once in a day) . I have completed all the suggested scans and tablets but still pain persist in flank area and in right side back. Attaching the detailed scan reports ,CT scan + Abdomen & pelvic ultrasound scan Please suggest, how to get rid of the pain.

Hello doc, I experience every year once kidney stone issue with severe abdominal pain. Again am facing the symptoms which are mentioned below: 1. Pain in right kidney area which is dull 2. Right lower abdomen pain which is dull 3. Urine output is low, even I drink lots of water Am I facing the same issue now ??? What is the solution for these recurrent stones. Please suggest any syrup for relieving symptoms. And also suggest tests to be done again.. please help

My brother aged 57 is diagnosed in CT-KUB plain done on 13.10.2021 with- 1) Moderate right hydroureteronephrosis secondary to proximal ureteric calculus measuring 13.9mm at 1.2 vertebral body level. A few 3mm calculi noted in mid and lower pole. 2) Mild left hydrourteronephrosis seen with 23.5mm calculus in upper pole, 4mm in mid pole and 4.2mm calculus in lower pole. He was put with one stent in 2012. Doctor is requested to suggest treatment for this.

I have diagnosed with BNI and had surgery last month but now have problem of frequent urination and high urine output in night daytime is less around 600ml but night around 900ml. I have to wakeup every 1.5 hour for urination. Today I have done some test for KFT , Urine, cholesterol and suger. Some values are higer in KFT and Urine culture. Can you please suggest what to do now.

I'm 32 years old unmarried. Sexu aly inactive from my birth and virgin. Last 2 years I have a problem of swelling and pain in testicular. So i consulted urology doctor he done physical examination then he prescribed to me uroflowmetry, PSA total serum, testosterone serum, urine routine, Creatinine, ultrasound scan, scrotum scan, glucose random, cbc, urea, lipid profile and thyroid profile. All tests reports are normal but cholesterol serum are borderline High 225.NOTE THIS PLEASE I can't do scrotum,ultrasound scan and uroflowmetry. So my fear is testicular cancer. So I asked my general physician he told me no chance of you getting testicular cancer cause you have a normal cbc report. If any person have a testicular cancer it will be rise a white blood cells he said like that. This is true? AND this is real fact? please answer me simply correct or wrong. Thank you
