Iam concerned abt my liver and my diet... Recently I got tested jus casually I didn't had any kind of symptoms but my SGOT is - 53 and SGPT is - 52 and my GGT is - 209... Rest everything is fine... Do i have to be worried??? Any diet suggestions??? And iam an occasional drinker after this I stopped completely...

Is Uripas 200 and Zanocin 200 effective against UTIs? I was prescribed these two by the doctor for suspected UTI. Today is the 3rd day since I started the medication but my condition hasn't improved Please help!

I have 2 blisters on my scrotum area near balls but they dont pain. I have these for more than 5-6 yrs. But the blister shape has suddenly become more reddish. I am scared now dont know what should I do.

Hello Doctor I am 32 years old fit unmarried person with no disease/diabetes or any addiction. I had frequent urination issue then doctor prescribed some medicines on UTI, even after  taking medicines for 7 days, I didn't feel any relief then I did blood + Urine test and USG scan. In the lab test my uric acid level came high i.e. 9.41 mg/dl and as per USG scan report my prostate gland is mildly enlarged (Size is 30 ML)  with no focal lesion and no residual urine. Currently I am taking Urimax 0.4 (Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Modified release 400 mcg) and Feburic 40( Febuxostat Tablet) from last 8 days but I don't see any relief from frequent urination. How many days it will take to recover and which medicine  would be better for my issue. Please suggest Thanks in advance

I am experiencing uneven and inconsistent pain/ discomfort in groin region. The pain radiates into thighs too. Testicular discomfort is also mild. Urine and blood reports are normal. What can be the cause. The pain is not very severe.

My father is a bedridden patient due to age factor,he is using external catcheter since 3 weeks, but always complains that pain during passing urine, and unable to sleep properly, please advise me need to keep the catcheter 2 months frequency, then change again, new one , if is not advisable to use then what is the alternative method to contain the urine. Other than diapers, collecting in containers.

So recently since few weeks i have seen that my urine is darker, its kinda yellow, orange idk if its orange maybe its deep yellow or amber. Last month i had stomach pain, for which I showed to doc and was prescribed to do usg abdomen and lft, lft was fine, attached the usg report, theres a 2.9mm gb polyp. Anyway, my problem is that dark urine, i drink adequate water, when i go to pee after drinking much water, the pee is clear, but sometimes later is becomes yellow, i am not sure if that's the normal color, attached the image. Also even when the pee color is clear i feel pain(not burning) in my urethra. Please help me. I am scared. Is this infection or something? What should I do? Repeat scans and tests? Or what?

Mujhe har 3 Month me 1 Saal se bar2 peshab aati h or kamar me dard hota h... Or kbhi2 vomiting bhi feel hoti h... Pls suggest what I do

Feeling Squeeze pain at the upper side of left scrotum not all the time but whenever I bend my body. Also my groin, pelvis hurts. Upper joint of thigh also hurts in walking. Started from when I stretched my scrotum mistakenly before 2 months ago. Ultrasound, Urine, blood tests are normal. Is this because of muscle strech or nerve pinch? How many time it take to recover. I'm not following any medicines because done so much.
