Kidney Problems

I used to hold the urine and it gives some tingling (like shivering and getting goosebumps sensation) over the body and then I will pee. I  feel scared now..will it affect anyof body parts..because i am feeling some discomfort in my left side of the body..i am feeling scared now .could you please share your inputs on this.

This is Dipanwita,24 years..I was suffering with overactive bladder since 4years then it got bit okay after proper check-up .In fear of getting infections from outside I always use PEE-SAFE before urinating outside/ I flush 2 times before urinating.From past 5 days I am feeling burning sensation before urination.Can you please suggest me if this is any infection? I am not facing frequent urination issue but burning sensation,Had water with sugar candy,after that it got relived then again facing the same.I use Pee-safe every time. so,even then too I can get an UTI? Can you please prescribe any home remedies to treat this

Urination much more during nights than in day . Tests of urine and blood show no abnormalities .high blood pressure, but under control.

Hi my cousin is suffering from urine leakage. 1 year ago when we started his treatment his creatinine was 18 , which reduced to 8 and now it is 13. Doctor told that he had neurogenic bladder. He would earlier pee during sleep, couldn't control it and it was told that some nerver that controls urine was paralysed or missing. For the past 8 months he is able to control urine flow, doesn't pee even a single drop during sleep, can control the urine flow and can sense the urge to urinate too. Given that he couldn't sense the urine flow doctors said he wouldn't survive and dialysis would only extend his lifetime for few months. Even if we did a kidney transplant his condition would damage the newly transplanted kidney. But he says that he can feel and control the urine flow now. We are looking to cure the urine flow issue and if it goes well only then we can go further for kidney transplant. Can surgeries like sling surgery or sphincter surgery help? Or can you suggest some other surgery?
