My creatinine is 1.16 and serum urea 35 in kft. Bp remians 135/80 fbs 89. Dr. Advised KUB and UACR both were normal What could be the reason for this should i go for further evaluation. Pls help.

I am 27 years old male having over active urinary bladder and mild urge incontinence since 5 years but not taking any medicines. Yesterday night I urinate in bed when I was in sleep. Then after urination I woke up. 4 years ago  from today once happened the same. But from then no bed wetting but yesterday night again bed wetting. Is it due to over active urinary bladder and urge incontinence problem ????
