Sir my son fever not reducing by seeing this reports tell what happened,and urine report also attaching pls check and message me sir

Hii very Goodmorning, i am having tremors behind my right kidney side this happens mostly while i sleep but sometimes happens in day time too , this happens continuosly for period of 5-7 seconds and then stop then after 5 seconds it starts again and then stops , its irregular but this does not happns for  more than 10mins i m able to sleep , but then again in morning sometimes on bed this thing start happens, this has been started from this week , i checked my bloodpressure too it is usualy high and dr bave suggested me to take atmas 5mg from yesterday since last night my pressure was 150/100. Is there any test name , where i can check deeply my kidney renal functions fully safer side as well as my liver functions along with a separate fully body check up pack names.

Before 4 month urine report rbc is present 10-15hpf doctor said ultrasound kub stone is present of 5mm psa is 0.15 then after 1 month doctor said ct urography stone is release and mild hydrnophersis rk then I done urineanyalsis report all is normal after 2 day I went nagpur nagpur doctor said for report I checked their report rbc is 10-15 then doctor said ultrasound sound kub cytisis is preset and prostatitis grade 1 then I do repeat test 3 time report is normal before 4 days I also want nagpur and urineanyalsis rbc is 20-25 hpf and protein is 1+ then doctor said bring ct urography but I repeat check before 2 days report was rbc was 6-10 hpf protein is absent and glucose is 2mg Plz give me suggestions what I do I do repeat check

Before 2 month I check rbc is 10-15 then doctor said for ultrasound only cytisis and prostatitis preset I also do repeat test it is seen normal no rbc found but before 2 day I check urineanyalsis rbc 20-25 found then I do repeat test rbc is 6-10 what is the reason I also do ct urography before 3 month it is normal before 3 month stone is preset and hydrnophersis also

Dear doc, I m having recurring UTIs since 7-8 months it goes and comes,recently I did urine analysis found pus cells 30-40 epithelial cells 6-8 and rbc 2-4 with bacteria present but in urine culture there was no organism seen , having symptoms like sometimes pain in side of abdominal area bit swelling in ankles, I m doing all tests under supervision of nephrologist...But m not satisfied with his answers..can you plz suggest me what should I do nxt, thanks in advance plz suggest
