Symptoms- feeling of frequent urination, burning after urinating . These symptoms don't exist anymore. However, I still got urine analysis done . Attached, is the report. Why there is mucus thread in urine?

I am having frequent urination problems effecting my lifestyle and sleep.i have constant urge to pee.i don't feel my bladder is empty even after peeing. I tend to to pee again even after peeing 20-30 seconds prior.my urine sample and MRI scans are normal...I am really worried...is this sign of something severely wrong with my prostrate.
