I have gone ultrasound scan test very recently. It is reported that 25cc enlargement of prostate. Post void residual volume 36 cc. Kindly suggest how to cure my prostate

Sir last 6 month se chest m pain h, kabhi regular hota h kabhi 3-4 hour k liye hita h , ECG and x-ray ok h e- ray report X-RAY REPORT OF CHEST (PA) FINDINGS : No active lung parenchymal lesion is seen. Both the hila are normal in size, density and position. Mediastinum is in central position. Trachea is in midline. Domes of diaphragm are smoothly outlined. Position is within normal limits. Lateral costo-phrenic angles are clear. The cardio-thoracic ratio is normal. Visualised bony thorax reveals no definite abnormality.

Hello there, 5 days before suddenly my mom getting pain while urination. It's like a sharp pain and it's very painful. However 2 days back she started getting urine urge in every minute or two. Once they come back from toilet immediately again getting urge. In this covid situation not understanding as to whom I take her for check up, allopathy or homeopathy as my mom mediccatio which is still running is homeopathy and its for gastritis. Also it varies along the day and time factor. As from evening the condition is getting like severe and it comes up to be like less severe and problematic in morning. But today she is started having pain without urination. What the condition is and is it severe or what I need to do? Kindly help me so that I can give her relaxation by going on correct direction.
