How much water should we drink in a day and what are the signs of an Over active bladder? kindly guide

While urination I am feeling burning sensation and other time also feeling urination. I am drinking water and putting  hot pad now better than earlier but still feeling uncomfortable

My mom has urine infections and fever for last 9 days now 2days she have no fever and take medicines..but she didn't feel hungry.. feel nausea when try to eating..and dry cough .what to do

Urinary Bladder is partially distended and shows ill- defined irregular wall thickening involving the posterior & left lateral wall measuring 20.0 mm in maximum thickness. The lesion is closely abutting the prostate with ill-defined fat planes and is seen encasing the left vesico-ureteric junction. Mild left perivesical fat stranding is seen. It is also abutting the left seminal vesical with focal ill-defined fat planes. Prostrate is mildly enlarged in size (48*45*40mm) Kidneys- A small relatively well defined lesion with fat signal intensity is noted involving the posterior cortex of right kidney at mid pole measuring 5.0 mm in diameter. Few thin walled simple cortical cysts are seen in bilateral kidneys, largest exophytic cyst measuring 31.0*30.0 mm in right kidney. Moderate left sided hydroureternephrosis is seen wiyj mild thinninh of left renal parenchyma. Multiple enlarged & subcentimetric bilateral para-aortic,aorto-caval & left iliac lymph nodes are noted:measuring 24.0*21.0mm

What is the normal range of serum creatinine in adult females ? My lab shows 0.9 to 1.4 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Frequent urination are ended .but periodic(time to urine are constant in each 2or 2.5 hr) urine pee.& After the urine little foamy are easily flushout by flsuher .there is no bubble are appear.please help me is kidney diseases problem are yes / no .I am under medications of urinary tract infection . tomorrow my b.p is 145/80 due to headache bp pattern is normally avg 135/80.

Urinating very less and frequently. Back pain, urine smells. I don't take any medicine I take water regularly.

Hello dr, my mother is having upper back and shoulder pain for 5-6 weeks. We initially took painkillers on dr's recommendation. After consulting a pain management specialist, she has recommended vit D injections (arachitol 600 000 IU) for 4 weeks. One per week. Is it safe to take so much Vit D via injections? Her Vit D is around 8. Dr has also prescribed Calcium tablets. Given that my mother has kidney stone, is it ok to take calcium tablets?

Comments from ultrasound - 1. Focal pylonephritis (please rule out tb etiology) 2.Minimal free fluid in pod /. 3.some ill defined mixed echogenic area in left kidney-? I m having some pain in lower abdomen from last 2 weeks consulted urologist he has given me medicine for 5 days. But still I have some pain in left back side and burning after urination sometime. I have been suffering from chronic bacterial prostatitis from 4 years ... I heard about phase therapy...will that resolve the issue permanently?? Please answer ...this chronic prostatitis made my life hell..
