After peeing Iam feeling a burning sensation in my urethra I guess but it burning a lot what should I do

I'm having a disgusting pain after peeing, pain for soo long. It's been 3-4 days I'm suffering this pain I tried to have medicine which was suggested by a pharmacist but it doesn't helped me. Medicine name was Uripass. And yes the urine has the disgusting smell also.

What are the causes of Necrozoospermia ?why this happens.does this affect body in a negative way?It can be treated ?

I'm 13. I have irregular periods.my period first comes on a month then comes another month also after 2 months of regular periods next month I did not have periods and again the next month I did not have my periods and Iam also not able to track my period cycle can u pls cure this problem and please also tell me how to track period cycle? Hello doctors, i want to tell my mothers case, she is having recurrent burning sensation in urine after 3 -4 days gap, This condition is from past few years, all test related to uti like sonography, urine test was done and all tests are normal, my mother's left hands toe is swelled and paining all the time, I think she has a gout like condition, and also she has painful leg cramps at night, she taken many antibiotics in past, these conditions are currently occured so which couses them, I want to know if any uric acid or kidney related problem is there, I am very frustrated about my mother, Which food is taken and hot water all the time is good for health and kidney?
