Hello, My mom is on methotrexate as she is having rheumatoid arthritis since 10+ yrs. Her creatine has gone below allowable limit from 0.57 to 0.48 within one year. Is this a matter of concern?? If yes, whom shud we consult?? What tests shud b done before consultation??

25 days back my father was having difficulty in urinating, went for usg and it was found that his prostate is enlarged , doctor recommended him to go for PSA test and it was 20. He was given a medicine for 1month and antibiotic for (10days). Right now he is not facing any difficulty while urinating .Is it mandatory to go for biopsy?

My baby suffering for diarrhea past 3 days so yesterday eve consulted pediatrician and suggested syrup O2, enterogermina 5ml and zand d, he had fever day before yesterday but he recovered from fever yesterday, he is not passing urine well as he went more than 7 times watery stool yesterday and 4 times only urinate and today he was more active than yesterday and taking his foods better but still he is not urinate much please advise is there be problem if not urinate more than 6 times even baby is much better than yesterday

I'm suffering from left scrotal and inguinal groin nerve pain from 1 month declared by my urologist. Actually, I was mistakenly stretched my left scrotum. . Whenever I stand after long sitting, feels like something is stretching my scrotum from my groin. Sometimes it feels a bit uncomfortable in my left scrotum area. I feel it's less painful comparing to the starting. . I done many of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and now I'm in medication of pregabalin and nortriptyline hydrochloride combination 1 time after meal for 10 days. Normal USG, Normal Urine Test, Normal Blood Test. . My QUESTION - How many days Scrotal Inguinal Groin nerve pain can take to go away or become less painfull?

Hi , I had burning diarrhea on 20th sep, followed by that I got painful urination and itching. On 23rd sep Since i felt better i took my 2nd dose covishield .5 days later Im again suffering from painful urination and itching.My doctor prescribed zifi,urisol and alfoo .can I take these medications since its been just 5 days post vaccination

Hi I have mild pain near hip area. Left lower abdomen sometimes back also. It goes away and comes back. Sometimes feel sensation in urine and it is dark yellow. When ever I start doing exercises after 2,3 days pain feels more. In the morning when I wake up I feel pain. Please suggest treatment.
