Kidney Problems

My father aged 90 is having problem in passing urine since last few months. He undergone prostate operation almost 11 yrs back. Recently since 1-2 mnths he experiences frequent urge for urination specially in day time (8-9 times) even without passing of urine on many occasions. As advised by doctor, the ultrasound suggest "bilateral mildly exogenous kidneys with renal cysts with significant PVRU". PSA tests conducted thereof revealed normal values. Electrolytes are also within normal range. Creatinine is 1.90 ( since prostrate operation the value is constantly within range of 1.75 to 1.90) eGFR 34 Serum urea. 46 Hb-A1c value 6.8 Tablet mirabegron 25 (SOS) and prostagard have been suggested but frequency of urge to urinate is still 8-10 times a day and quite a few occasions there is no / very less urination Do we need to go for some more investigations or these medicines are appropriate for continuation. Yr valuable suggestions & advices are earnestly needed. Regards

I have problem with frequent urination after taking the medicine of fever .dolo 650 mg .I have go for urine 6 /7 in days but amount of urine is low . But mind set is I have in urine urgency ...  This type of problem last 5 - 6 days........   Please 🙏 help sir Urgent response me

Hello Sir/ ma'am जब में urine pass करता हु तो urine ke साथ white color का कुछ urine के साथ निकलता है और जब मेने urine test कराया तो उसने calcium oxilatate report में  seen हुआ । और अल्ट्रासाउंड की report में stone आए है दोनो kidney मे । So please give me right advice and treatment

Hello doctor I am suffering from foamy and low urine formation but when I test for kft since 3 month it's absolutely normal than what's the problem

Last week my husband Has done whole body check up and  found that his  creatinine level is 1.09 , gfr value is 87 & uric acid is 7.4 and no protein in urine. in ultrasound report it is found that his right kidney is 7.8 cm and left kidney is 8.6 cm. he does not have bp and sugar and no issue in urine. He is 5ft 4 inch and weight is 63 kg . does it serious, what precaution he should take. local Doctor have not prescribed any medicine.

My Urine R/M test held yesterday and Report indicates some traces of Albumin , Pus cell 3-4/hpf , Epithelial 7-8/hpf , color is pale yellow other Investigations are NIL what does my test Report indicates ? Did I have any urine or kidney problem ? OR My Report is just normal ?
