Kidney Problems

The issue is related to my father aged 59 years. He has been diabetic patient from past 20 years and in the year 2019, his CABG surgery was operated. Now, in recent report, it was found that he has calculus of 8mm at the right ureter with mild upstream hydrouteronephrosis. I request your kind consideration & help. It was reported in August his creatinine level was at 2.5 and on 9th Sept his creatinine was at 3.5(calculus effect) and on 21st Sept it was at 3.25. Please kindly provide us kind inputs what should be done with the report attached.

My urine report says raise in puss cells and epithelial cells. My serum creatinine is 1.2 and eGFR is 80.66. 3 months ago while testing blood these values were 1.0 and 110. Did these change because of urine infection. Lately I have not been driniking enough water and now feelijg burning sensation while passing urine and little abdominal pain. Will they be normal

From a month or so am facing this issue, I am not able pee properly, having urge to pee after coming from bathroom, I could not maintain a proper stream and feel slight tingling. Also urine is cloudy. It's very incontinent. Takes more time to empty bladder but still don't feel fully emptied.

I suffered from heavy pain on my left abdominal due to renal calculi. Reaching nearby hospital I was given pain killer and advised to take more water(,4 litre per day) atleast. Also took ct scan which shows 5mm sized stone present of my left kidney. And 4 mm on right. I was also given pain killer tablets , urosis d, deflazacort 6 tablets for a week. This treatment is enough or should I take any more medication? Please advise. Thanks

Hello Sir/Ma'am I have been diagnosed with Kidney Stone, Fatty liver and obesity and Abdominal pain is hurting a lot quite few times I am 25 yrs old I have taken other Tests Thyroid Test - Normal Cholesterol - Normal CBC Test - Hb level was 17.3 Urine Test- Blood was there USG whole stomach- Fatty liver size 180 mm, Bilateral Kidney Stone measuring 2-3 mm. I am overweight as 92 kg and I need to lose weight So please suggest me some medications, how to change food habits and how can I improve my physical health as it is hurting me a lot.
