Does taking Urimax D tablet for 6 months cause prostate cancer? Does long term use of urimax D cause cancer in 58 year old men?

Sir, when I go for urination, it takes 15,16,30 seconds to start urinating everytime. After test of uroflowmetry, USG Kub + pvr,urine test etc., everything is normal but uroflowmetry graph is worse.. What can be the possible reasons and what is the treatment??

Had a pain in the abdomen, went for an ultrasound. It says "moderate hydronephrosis". Should I continue with these medicines for 10 days and then go for an ultrasound/ct scan? With what other symptoms should I start worrying and when does it become an emergency?

I got a routine check up done and observed some higher values please advise me if I should be worried and go for further consultation or is this fine? Please advise as I am really worried.

My father aged 73 years had gone enlarged prostate operation on 13th sep. On 19th sep the catheter was removed . After 2 days urine stopped comming out and after consultation to the doctor the catheter was put in again and now everything is normal. I want to know can it happen again if the catheter get removed ? Is constipation a side effect of this operation?
