Kidney Problems

Before 2 month I checked urineanyalsis in that rbc is come 10-15 then doctor said for ultrasound .In ultrasound cytisis is present  then repeat test urineanyalsis 2 times it is normal but now I checked urineanyalsis and rbc is 20-25 protein is + glucose trace all is normal what was the reason of that i also taken vitmain b12 medication and ingestion this is dangerous

As I read through google i m suffering from UTI so i need to know whom to contact. Weather I need to consult general physician or urologisit

I have urine infection where pus cells are 30-35/hpf and epithelial cells 7-8/hpf. Can this be a reason why I am having pain at my back beside the obliques? I have this slight pain just above the hips and beside my obliques. it's not bery painful but constant.

Having frequent urge to urinate(every 30min) since yesterday. Earlier, it was every 1 hour since 6 months. Did blood test for sugar, urine test culture & USG KUB. Everything came normal. No fever, no burning sensation, no yellow urine. Feeling weakness also due to frequent urination. Also having anxiety disorder and being treated for the same. Average Blood Sugar(fasting)- 82 mg/dl RBS- 102 mg/dl Hb1AC- 4.5 Pre Void- 214 ml Post Void- 10 ml Is is due to weather change or something else? Do I need ORS for maintenance? Any test required?

I have been diagnosed with right ureteric calculus. My Doctor has advised me for 15 days medication and has asked for follow-up. I am really anxious whether medication would help me or not. Do I need surgical intervention for the removal of stones? I have attached the USG and IVP report. Could you give me some advice.. Please
