Facing sitomach issues with kidnestones
I am having a serious problem of kidney stones from last 3 years kidney stones is a common issue with me right now I am having two kidney stones on both the kidneys one is 5-6mm on right kidney and 3mm in left kidney I want to know how to clear it within a month. Here are my reports for Blood test i have taken.

Your kidney stones are very small and do not require any treatment. Drink adequate water. Small quantities of water more frequently. Goal is to generate at least 2 to 2.5 litres of urine in 24 hours time with good spacing in between.
