Kidney Problems

Found out have a kidney stone in left kidney of size 7.44mm. Till now no pain and no problem in urine. Will I need a surgery?

Hii I m 35 yr old male ...I got diagnosed 2 yrs back with b/ l grade 1 varicocele on checkup and ultrasound ...pain subsided when I stopped gym....i was unmarried at the time of diagnosis so doctor told me nothing to be done........i got married last year...my wife conceived also ..soon after marriage naturally Just now my question is do I need to worry abt the varicocele...I get occasional pain but not severe...it is very much reduced... Do they progress with time ...or become increased in grade

Im having "left grade 1 Vericolcele". Is this needed to ho for surgery or is there any other treatments..?
