Kidney Problems

I'm 25 now. I have phimosis. Does phimosis require surgery or it can be treated without surgery? What is the cost of surgery for phimosis?

My father, 70 years has problem with urination and was prescribed silodol 4mg once and NU BPH twice a day , for how long these can be continued in terms of being safe? Still urine is quite frequent but free flow .. history of bypass surgery.. also can these medicines lead to hypotention as bp at times stay at lower side ... earlier was taking urimax 0.4 but it leas to dizziness and extreme low bp.. any urologist for advice?

As per usg report 4.5mm stone available in left kidney. Also found fatty leaver. Please suggest any medicines. Also suggest food.

Foul smelling darker pee, low back pain (sometimes), faster HR (sometimes), no fever or chills and no pain while urinating. A month back i had pain at urinating and smelly urine but it disappeared in a week.

Doctor suggested to do PSA test due to enlarged prostate in sonography. In psa report it came 0.7ng/mL. Age 67. No sign of urine issue /blockage. How is 0.7ng/ml ? Normal?

Hi, Last one month back undergone vasectomy and hydrocele operation (with stitches old procedure) Now still I have swelling and if I do regular activities then having pain. Also feeling uncomfortable. So  how many days it will cure completely.

How do you pass the above? Can you flush out by drinking water and cranberry juice. Seeing a GP seems like overkill especially as it is near impossible where I am. It's not too bad just a minor itch/sting in the lower urethra. Urine is not cloudy

Recently done pelvis abdomen sonography as Crp level was bit raised to know the exact infection and all parameter came out to be normal including kindey ,gall bladder. Only finding was enlarged prostate with size 44*46*41mm -44cc volume. Age 67. No symptomps of urine issue or blockage. Normal urine flow. Is it something to worry ? Is S psa to be done even if no issue occurs?

Hello Doctor I am 32 years unmarried person. I had frequent urination issue, when I did USG scan it showed  that prostate is mildly enlarged size is 30 ML. I took consultation from Urologist then he said enlarged prostate is not possible in young age it may happen due to overactive bladder and prescribed me medicines(Mira 50)on overactive bladder . Even after taking medicines for more than 20 days I don't feel any difference. Which medicines should be taken on this problem? please suggest Thanks in advance
