Pus cell in urine but negative culture
Had pain in pubic area especially after urination. The issue reoccurs every 2-3 months. Doctor suggested urine routine and culture. 15-20 pus cells in Urine test but negative culture report.
If the infection is negative, why I experience recurrent pain in pubic area every 2-3 months

You better get an ultrasound scan ABDOMEN (KUB REGION) with pre- and POSTVOID RESIDUAL VOLUME. Bladder outlet obstruction needs to be ruled out.
