My mom age 52 done ultrasound. Report shows There is a small defect noted at umbilicus measuring 2cms with herniation of Omentum and grade 1 fatty liver. What caused hernia? She doesnt have pain. She had 4 csection deliveries in her 20's

Hi I am 28 years old female. Since last few months I am getting frequent Urination. I have attached my reports. Please suggest what should I do.

Stone found in both the kidneys. 3.1mm in right and 2-3 small pieces in the left because of this stomach ache happens . which is unbearable somet imes.
