URINE ROUTINE EXAMINATION GROSS EXAMINATION Volume 40 ML Colour PALE YELLOW Clarity CLEAR CHEMICAL EXAMINATION Urine pH 6.5 SPECIFIC GRAVITY 1.015 Glucose NIL Protein NIL Ketone NEGATIVE BILES NEGATIVE Nitrite NEGATIVE UROBILINOGEN NORMAL MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION WBC/HPF 0-2 RBC/HPF NIL Crystal type/HPF NIL Casts Type/HPF NIL Bacteria/HPF NIL Epithelial Cells/HPF OCCASIONAL This shows that there is occasional epithelial cells in urine Is it okay ? Thanks

Hello Sir, Age 26 I had the problem of passing white drops while passing stools and cloudy urine for past 4-5 years from around 20 years of age.For past  some months, I started feeling  some pain while sitting for long time near buttocks. The urologist suggested me to take Tab alfoo, doxycycline as he said it is due to prostatitis after checking Uroflowmetry report. I took antibiotics for 2 months along with tab Alfoo.After 2 months, the doctor checked my Uroflowmetry report again.My urine flow came out to be maximum 14 ml/sec and average as 6.5 ml per second with voided volume of 690ml. He suggested me to continue with tab Alfoo twice a day. I ate for 2 months more in June and July and then due to some office work,I could not consult doctor and stopped eating the. My urine flow is quite low till now. Attached What should I do in this case as doctor mentioned that if tab Alfoo will not work , then he has to surgically operate the obstruction. Is there any way to avoid surgery.

Mild left hydronephrosis and hydroureter secondary to a radio opaque calculus which lies in intra-mural/intravesical left ureter. At least four radio-opaque calculi are seen. At least one non-obsrtuctive radio opaque calculus in the right kidney along with at least two minute papillary calcifications.

I was diagnosed with Chalmydia (IgM 4.75) and a doctor prescribed me doxycycline twice a day for 14 days. I wanted to know if I should continue for 14 days or 7 days is enough? I weigh around 80kgs and I have little to no symptoms.

Since two I am facing itching and foul smell in my urine. There is an urge for frequent urination and I am not be able to hold the urine. In 2019 I have consulted gynecologist for the same she has referred me to consult an urologist but I couldn't do so due to some urgency
