Good evening sir..my father is suffering from frequent urination and some burning feeling while urinating so we consulted Dr and He suggested some tests Haemograme,CUE,PSA,HBA1C, ultrasound scan pelvis and abdomen....all are good in ultrasound scan they found PVR 500ml...So Dr suggested again for CYSTOSCOPY test for next step and we have done today and suggested to go for TURP SURGERY ...Sir iam asking that is it correct time to go for Surgery ( TURP) ...or we have to wait for some more days with proper medicines... through only medicines is it curable ? Please 🙏 suggest me Sir

I am suffering from burning sensation and blood quite often especially when I have some spicy foods. This doesn't happen always, it happens only when I have some spicy food, otherwise it doesn't happen. Please advise some trearment.
