Kidney Problems

I have gone for ultrasound and come with results of Right pelvicalyceal system & ureter are mildly dilated with a small calculus of size approx 4.3mm noted at right vesicoureteric junction (VUJ). As findings says - Right VUJ small calculus, causing mild hyrdoureteronephrosis. Did i need to worry for the mild hyrdoureteronephrosis?? How much time it takes to pass my stone will it pass?

My brother's both kidneys are fail. Now his dialysis treatment is going now.. any suggestions for fast recovery.

Hello Sir, I had undergone surgery (URSL) for a Uretic stone of 7.2 mm on 23rd November last month. After the surgery they discharged me on 25th November and until then everything was good, but the next day which is on 26th morning I found blood in first urine with a lot of pain. I rushed to the hospital again and they gave me urispas and alkasol after which bleeding stopped on 27th. Again, on 9th of December at 3 AM I started feeling heavy pain with lots of blood in urine. Again I came to the hospital and they admitted me and they are giving me Tranexa Acid, Zerolod Sp 100mg and alkasol since last three days and I am still having heavy blood in urine. They had placed a stent and now telling they will remove after 1.5 months. I am very worried, could you please help me. Thanks.

I had slight pink urine for 2 days then doctor suggested some antibiotics, now there's normal urine. But he suggested some tests. I want to know the urine test written in prescription.

My father rarely takes lasix, last time he took it was 4-5 months ago. Today he needed lasix due to second stage hypertension, but it didn't work. Not even once did he urinate after taking it. Should I try a different diuretic? Bumex?

When I go for pooping my muscles get contracted which makes me difficult to poop....i have to relax myself to poop...even a single thought create stress and leads to incomplete defecation... although my digestion is good....i think there is muscles are not cordinating well in my pelvic floor........i have a lower back pain also...i have to strain to poop.....i am suffering this from my childhood..in my childhood also i have suffered where....i use to hold poop and have uncontrollable bowel movement......i have to strain a lot in Indian style toilet and now since past few years i m using Western style toilet where i have convinced my mind....to relax so since it relaxes on Western commode i have to strain less ....but again a single thought of stress of not pooping leads to incomplete evacuation...
