Visited an urologist. He ordered an ultra scan. Below are the impressions in ultrasound scan during fasting. 1. 2 small right renal calculi of size 3mm 2. Mild prominence of right renal pelvi-calyceal-system 3. Right distal ureter wall is slightly thickened Are these impressions serious or normal

I am suffering from frequent urination and burning sensation in urin. Consulted with urologist,he has provided me Niftas twice a day and Soliact-5 mg BD,Mirabeg-50 mg/OD, taking medicine since last one year but still no improvement.whenever I leave medicines symptoms persist again. One of urologist suggested Cystoscopy and USB but current urologist is not ready to do that,am tiered of medicine and want to get rid of it ,is there anything which I can do? Please suggest. My age is 59/F, Diabetics. Regards
