Used to see less pressure while urination. What could be the cause and effects? How to treat, if a serious issue?

There is red swelling under my scortum, looks like a big pimple. It causes pain while walking and rubbing between two legs.

In the month of July I have a problem of frequent urination ie 20 to 25 in a days.But at the end of September my uriflow was slow .Then I again checked up urologist in July and September my ultrasound is normal and also my xray was Norma. Prostate was 20. Now I visited homoeopathy still I didn't feel any improvement in ten days.

I undergone ultrasound for full abdomen. Dr diagnosed hyperechoic area of 1.11cm on lower renal of left kidney. What does it mean.

I am debiatic and having problem of UTI. In my recent USG report it has found that urine is not passing completely. Even I could I pain at my thigh, scrotum and groin area.

Yesterday I went for USG due to continuous burning sensation in bladder. They concluded I'm having slightly iregular bladder wall and advised cystoscopy.. What is the cost of cystoscopy usually?

I m male 34 years having urinate issue's like urinary urgency, frequent urination and sometime burning sensation in perineum area since July 2021. Recently I hv done urine routine which report normal except 0-1 RBC and normal range is 0-2. Usg report cyst of 12 mm seen in lower pole of right kidney rest all normal. PSA total 0.67 , free psa 0.29 ng/ml. Please advise.

My mother went for surgery Hysterectomy yesterday . The operation went well with almost no pain . She is discharged as well . However she has got frequent urination issue which was prevalant earlier as well . She is being kept on medication as well. What should we do ?
