Kidney Problems

My son only 3 year old.He has UTI since 1 years.recurrent UTI.4 times in a year happened.so after paediatric urologist consultation MCU done.report normal and DMSA scan also normal, ultrasound also normal.After giving septran/cephalexin continuously now also he is having UTI in Every 3 to 4 month.No habital disorder like holding the pee n constipation.sir kindly help me what may be the reason n is there any issues? kindly help me.current report attached.

Sir 6.6mm  kidney stone in left side is there any tablet suggested,I don't have any pain please advice any medication
