Sir iam getting difficulty in urination... Difficulty at start, and stop and start urination..plz help with some medication sir

Hi, I am 35 yrs old male and have diabetes for last 1 year, and now for last 3-4 months, my blood sugar levels are under control with HBA1C level at 6.5 from 11 last year. But now I am having some problems with urinary bladder. I experience the urge to pass urine all of a sudden and that is uncontrollable most of the times. If I don't pass urine immediately, 2-3 drops would dribble. And the pressure is only when I am standing. While sitting or lying down, I don't face any issues. On doctor's suggestion, I got USG KUB with PVR done. It says, Urinary Bladder partially full & mucosal wall is thickened. No calculas and/or any mass lesions seen. Post-void residual urine = 62cc Impression CYSTITIS. With same report I consulted 2 urologists, they both have different opinion. One says that this is an infection in urinary bladder and the other one says it is cystopathy and only a problem with contractions in urinary bladder. I have attached the USG report. Kindly advice. I keep getting pain in urethra every couple of weeks, sonography shows no stone but urine report shows high pus cell and epithelial cells. How can I solve this issue..have also increased water intake. due to pain I end up taking septum or hyocimax mf

I have done ultrasound of abdomen all normal , urine test all normal. Shown to urologist for pain whole sitting . Anus touching feel pain. He said look like swelling . How to cure it please help me

I am taking Drotin-M tablet from long time after total hysterectomy having muscle cramp from last 4 months is it safe to take Drotin-M tablet on long term ? After taking this medication get quickly relief.

My mother in law is suffering from frequent urination problem with pain in lower abdomen. She is getting fever with chills. What could be the reason.

My father aged 59 is undergoing dialysis for the last 4 years . Av fistula is placed in left hand , and was in condition with no problems till now . Just recently , ďuring the dialysis we came to know one side is blocked yet they somehow did the dialysis . . The dialysis team says , the fistula seemed to be blocked one side , so may cause heart problem So get it rectified. Any suggestions on futher course of treatment , is it serious ?

1st report rbc in urine is 20-25 hpf After 1 day repeat report rbc is 6-10hpf After 1 week rbc is 2-3hpf After 20 days rbc is nil This is normal or not Can I go urologist
