Urine culture done as requested and shows infection. Please see attached results. Infection has only improved slightly. I started having dysodium hydrogen citrate syrup two times a day from 12th march. Additionally after consulting i have been having flavospas tablets once a day since 14th march. Could you let me know what I should do next for the infection?

Hello, my husband's blood report showed typhi o 1:320 and typhi H 1:160. He also had his urine tested and there was a TRACE OF PROTEIN. I have noticed his urine is a little foamy. Serum Creatinine is 0.99, serum uric acid is 5.80, BUN/creatinine ratio is 11.98, E-GFR is 106. His CRP was 6.22. this test was done in February 11, 2026. Now he is recovered from typhoid. But I am curious about the PROTEIN TRACE IN URINE. Please help.

I had uti last month and took antibiotics niftas 100 mg for 15 days After that my urine routine came normal with pus cell 0-1 ..But even 15 days after this I m suffering from mild urethral discomfort and lingering pain after passing Urine...this happens when urine output is less.. But when bladder is full and I go to toilet no pain or burning is there.What might be the cause..is there something to worry.. will this stinging sensation go on its own or some treatment is required .

Hello Doctor, Please read my question carefully. I took rabies booster dose from a governed medical. The syringe was already loaded with vaccines. Vaccines are kept in a plastic container with one ice packet. Container was moist. I saw one used syringe was also there. But no needle connected. My question is if that syringe was used for someone. How much risk for hiv? As they didn't use the same syringe to me. They given a already vaccine loaded syringe to me. My concern is if the used syringe contains blood and mixed with moisture. As the container was with a icepack. If those blood mixed moisture touch my syringe needle. Any chance for infection? I am very much worried. Please help.

Last year in April I had a fall due to which my spine bone was fractured. I took 2months bedrest with a belt in the abdomen and then physiotherapy for another 2months thereafter. My spine bone fracture has now healed completely but I have low back pain every now and then also I am unable to control my urination and have to face severe leakages. My doctor said that my abdominal muscles have become weak and the estrogen hormone is not being created and hence I am suffering from Urinary incontinence for urge as well as stress. Currently I am undergoing a chair therapy as suggested by my Gynecologist and am finding some improvement. But I'm not sure if this will be a permanent solution for my problem. Also I am experiencing severe fatigue nowadays.

Hello! I had uti with very little pain, no fever but I saw blood after urination. So I took norflox for 3 days, twice a day and cital syrup. I got relief. Now after 2 weeks, I am again experiencing a bit of pain and discomfort. What shall I do? Shall I repeat same antibiotic or take another one (augmentin duo). Kindly help.
