Hi Doctor(s) I have a mild lower back pain at left side and went for ultrasound abdomen scan and the report says 9mm calculi found at left pelvi ureteric junction. Then I understand because of that I'm suffering with pain and I started drinking 4 liters of liquid per day. Can it pass through the fluids? or any surgery required for removing stone? If it is a surgery then should I go with ureteroscopy or shockwave? Please kindly suggest.

My friend's father's kidney creatinine level is 9.8. I have seen few doctors all of them are saying to do dialysis. I don't want to do that also is there any other way plz help me🙏🙏

Burning and feeling of something holding ( like when I tight pelvic floor muscles) or blocking urine ...pain and itching if press area under frenulum and very small rashes there...at last urine dribble or stays in urethra cause burning... whole urethra burning sometimes... bladder pressure burning... I'm stressed and this is increasing it... Sharp BACK PAIN AT EXACT between area above butt and and of back ONLY WHEN BENDING OR STRETCHING MY LEG STRAIGHT UP WHILE SLEEPING... Consulted urologist...he only did a urine test and said u r thinking too much...and still if not satisfied then do sonography What to do? Is this serious? I'm only 21 Any kidney stones and other obstruction? Or prostatitis Or any prostate issue? He told this occurs after 30-40 age.

25-30 puss cells are in urine while normal range is 0-5. Please suggest medication to cure it and also possible measured to prevent it in future

In retrograde urethrogram urthraXray there is stricure urthta . Urologist suggested Cystoscopy is to be done. Is there any other option.
