I have urge to pee constantly but passing little urine can doctor sir please do let me know how to get rid from this problem

Feels low but irritation burning sensation and pressure in bladder area...takes around 5 to 10 seconds to start urinating in morning only...burns too... symptoms goes one day and then comes ...while starting urine feels muscles tense or something is blocking...21 year male... depressed

I did my ultrasound test which shows multiple echoes in the UB lumen, after that went through urine culture which was negative along with urine flow report is normal. The doctor advised me it is protatisis, so my query is how much time it will take to recover.
