Diagnosed bilateral pyelonephritis which treatment is best,what are available remedies for early recovery.

Whenever I am passing urine it is paining a lot. Could you please advise me for any medicines here? Urine Test, Blood Test everything is clean.

Hiiii... my grandpa is 90 years old..he is also diabetic patient... two days ago he fell from bed...after some time he does not stand properly and also feeling some weakness...then doctor request urine test..we did this...in his report PUS cells comes 30-35/HPF..also RBC 15-20/HPF... epithelial cells 2-3 /HPF... is it ok... should we see a doctor?

Hi, I have stones in my kidney.. Left and right both. I took Homeopathy medicines but no relief I got. I took Berberies and vulgeries.

I am facing frequent urination issue from many months, did all the test and all the test results are normal. Did consultation with 3-4 doctors and took all medicines properly but nothing worked. I noticed one thing that I face this problem after the bowel movements in the morning. I always feel urge to urinate after coming out from washroom. One day I didn't go for latrine in whole day that time I did not face frequent urination issue. . It happened same second time also. Is there any relation between bowel movement and frequent urination ?? What could be the reason ? (Sometimes I face constipation issue also but not regularly) Please give your valuable suggestions

In case I need to do a CT scan KUB or CT scan whole abdomen , is it necessary to have full  bladder and be on 3 to 4 hours fasting OR  there is no such restrictions ?

It happened twice once i woke up and found the whole thing covered in blood i was really scared but as i washed it up i found no wound, i thought it might be from the itching, but today morning i woke up as i was washing the scrotum i saw a lot of blood, the flow was not stopping at all. so i applied pressure for like 15-20 sec and the flow stopped. Please help me out with this.
