Kidney Problems

80 years. Chronic(35 yrs) diabetic and hypertensive. On insulin and medication. Has over active bladder for many years. Recently 29/8/22 total check up done. All reports including KFT normal. Also urine culture and sensitivity and Abdomen and KUB done. Bladder partially distended. All others normal. E Coli in urine.( 1 lakh). GP prescribed. Norflox 400 twice a day for 5 days. But frequent, almost every minute, very little (drops) urine.continues. No sleep every night. Hell. Please advise.

I had 16 mm stone in left kidney with mild hydronephrosis. I operate (PCNL)on 10th feb 2022. Today I did usg for left PCNL portion. But report shows  a liner truth extending from skin surface of left lumber region in to the peritoneal cavity is noted. MINIMAL anechoic fluid collection noted within the tract. Kindly suggest in this regards.

During urination feeling pressure in the lower belly area.It seems like the gas is hitting the pennies and hurt. But after urination nothing is there.When i press my lower belly it hurts feeling like gas...from last two days i am feeling bloating in my lower belly and farts coming out...yesterday after taking ENO I have some loose stools but from today stool is normal..but the bloating feeling not going...and gassy feeling and pressure during urination...what to do...please suggest me some medicines...

Actually i had uti from past few years and I took urifast for a few months recently my uthera burning has stopped completely but my lower abdomen and back. Has started paining so much constantly and for one day I had stinging pain under my belly button to my abdomen, does my uti turned u ti a bladder or kidney infection

Why i am getting heaviness besides navel while urinating and I have taken usg abdomen and it shows some cystisis changes and slight kidney swelling due to those causes I am getting or any serious gastro issue? Having frequent urination after every 50 mins. Intially usg suggested urethral stones but later usg ruled it out as well as Xray ruled stone out. Plus doctor said if there is a urethral stone, urine won't pass Now facing frequent urination since last night after every 50 mins with bladder uncomfort. Kindly suggest course of action. Already taking alfuzocin from 2 weeks.
