Kidney Problems

My father had surgery 3 months back for infection inside urinary tube and it's removed and other process replaced. Recently we done tests for follow up he has 82 ml post residue and some echoes floating near bladder wall, he has foul smell urine. Most importantly he has PSA level as 4.2 ng ml is it dangerous or normal at this age. Please confirm. Serum creatine is 1.6 which is lower before don't know reason why it's increased.

Does testicular rupture and testicular tear can occur without zero pain in the scrotum?Or there must be pain in the scrotum?

Need second opinion Pls explain it in detail Is surgery essentila and What type of surgery required or not.??

Sir, i m 28 years old. I have some urinary problems of slow stream of urine, trouble in starting urination & Sometimes frequent urination in day time only but not in night. In USG KUB report says Prostate is enlarged,volume is 29cc , so that ,it is BPH or Prostatitis? I am also taking Alfoo 10mg for 1 month & silodal 8 for 15 days, but not much relief till now. Please help

6 month usage of 0.5 mg Dutas per day can shrink seminal vesicles ? If yes then is it reversible after discontinuation?

Last month on 2.4.22 my wife underwent Ultrasound whole abdomen and result was "Hyperechoic calculus in mid left ureter measuring ~ 4-5 mm in mean size causing mild left hydroureteronephrosis". Yesterday on 31.4.22 she underwent NCCT KUB and result was mild Hyperechoic calculus in lower left ureter measuring ~ 10.2 mm in mean size and there is also associated left perinephric and periureteric fat stranding. My concern in why difference in stone size, when two different test was conducted on merely gap of 1 month only. Does this difference comes when done using USG and NCCT?? Please help in clarify with your expert advice. Thanks in advance

My sister having bad tests result with urea 99 mg/dl and serum creatinine 4.5 mg/dl.. She is confused in taking treatment from doctors..nobody telling approx time to cure. Hello doctor, I am having recurring UTI since 3/4 years. Kub report_pre-219,post_113. Taken all antibiotics according to urin culture reports. Is there any permanent cure of this recurring UTI? Any surgery ? What would be the worst if it can't get cured? I want to know ,please help me. Best regards
