Kidney Problems

I have 3.5 stone on right kidney diagnosed on 1 june, treatment of homeopathy is taking. 3 day before on 9.8.22 pain is started during urination and urine color was dark yellow, after this prblm  on 11.8.22 during retention on urine for usg and forced urination after that pain stop and normal urination one day but now pain is slightly less than before during urination. I am talking medicine levomac 500 OD and urikind bd and alkasol from today. Kindly suggest any further change required??

Diagnosed with Prostatitis by cystoscopy and urine culture test shows no Bacteria found and also take medicine( Niftas, alkaline for one month) by the adv. Of doctor. This case was detected in the year feb, 2020. Now I have no problem and no symptom execpt Some times there is bubbles in urine. Also do a urine routine test Which is normal execpt Pus cell: 2-3 . What should I do now? Thank you

In the Urine test report, it was mentioned below Pus cells - 25 to 30/HPF RBC - 4 to 5/HPF Epithilial Cells - 4 to 6 / HPF What does this mean? Can you please provide your valuable guidance . My mother saw blood in her urine 10 days back. It was like for 2 days and then it did not happen. A day before that she was out in a hot and humid place for a whole day and ate some inflammatory food. Apart from this she is not having any other problem. So should she get some tests done for this or should we wait if the problem reoccurs?
